Founder, Nick Florio started  Nick's  Construction. Through no advertising and only referrals, Nick Florio has successfully completed 30+ years of projects with many satisfied customers.

Nick Florio has been involved in the business since his youngest days. After high school Nick went on to receive a construction management degree. Construction has always been a passion for Nick that while in college, he spent his days working for the family business and his evenings taking classes for construction. He then left the family business to learn how to manage larger scale multi-million dollar projects with the goal of returning to expand the family business one day. With a combined 16 years of commercial and residential construction experience, Nick brings a unique quality to the company.
